Main Street Tavern in Claremore, Oklahoma has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager. We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced manager with a passion for hospitality to join our team and contribute to our full-service dining environment.
What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the team to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest inquiries with a professional, positive attitude.
- Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and development.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Performing duties in both the dining room and bar as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven management experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Hands-on experience in a full-service restaurant environment and/or bartending experience is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is helpful.
- Any kitchen experience is considered a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A detailed work history and professional references are required.
