We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead one of our Starbucks licensed locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and creating an outstanding guest experience.
As the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for restaurant operations, financial performance, talent acquisition, team development, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound business judgment, and a commitment to building a high-performing team.
Please note: Due to the nature of the industry, this position requires a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week. Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet the operational needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all restaurant operations.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and exceptional guest service.
- Ensure all company standards are consistently met for product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to achieve profitability goals.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels through proactive recruiting and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain restaurant equipment and coordinate facility maintenance as needed.
- Travel periodically to sister locations for training, operational support, or special projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, with General Manager experience preferred.
- Proven success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and profit-and-loss statements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability and willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week based on business needs.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
