Serve clients with excellence after the sale
The Tonia Kiser State Farm Agency is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Care / Customer Service Representative to support clients after the sale and help deliver the high-touch service our agency is known for.
This is not a basic customer service or order-taking role. We are looking for someone who listens carefully, thinks critically, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of client needs. The right person will be responsive, organized, and committed to creating an exceptional client experience.
Our clients include business owners, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals who expect strong service, accurate follow-up, and thoughtful support. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, values relationships, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its clients.
What you will do
- Support clients with policy service needs after the sale
- Provide timely, clear, and professional communication by phone, email, and follow-up
- Help clients navigate account questions, policy updates, service requests, and next steps
- Review details carefully and ensure accuracy in service work
- Set proper expectations and follow through on commitments
- Work closely with the sales team to support retention and overall client satisfaction
- Identify client needs and help connect them with the right solutions or team members
- Build trust and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Deliver a client experience that reflects care, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Help protect retention by making clients feel supported, informed, and valued
What we are looking for
- Prior customer service, account management, insurance support, banking, or client-facing experience preferred
- Only candidates with active Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health Insurance license at time of application will be considered
- Prior State Farm experience a plus
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client needs at once

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
