Overview
Santa Monica Hot Tubs is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, relaxation, and helping customers improve their quality of life through premium hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, and wellness products.
This position averages 30 hours per week and offers hourly pay plus commission, providing significant earning potential for individuals who are driven to close sales and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in our showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Educate customers on hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, and wellness products
- Follow up with company-generated leads promptly and effectively
- Build rapport and trust with prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Guide customers through the purchasing process from initial inquiry to final sale
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales follow-up activities
- Help maintain showroom appearance and product displays
- Work collaboratively with management and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
