Coast Design Kitchen & Bath, a division of Mobile Lumber, is seeking an experienced and motivated Builder Sales Representative to join our growing team serving Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and working with residential builders, contractors, and developers to provide quality kitchen and bath cabinetry solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential builders, contractors, and developers.
- Kitchen & bath from blue print take offs with value engineering suggestions and designs.
- Perform accurate field measurements, site visits, and project take-offs
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing builder accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments support to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct job site visits and project reviews as needed.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives.
- Pursue a wow customer experience through account managment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in cabinetry, building materials, kitchen and bath products, or residential construction.
- Strong understanding of residential construction and remodeling processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with cabinet design software such as 20/20 is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. as need without assistance
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Walk, reach, stoop, squat, climb, or kneel on repetitive basis as needed
