Essential Functions

Manages food production for all activities including menu development, costing and execution

Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies

Maintain health standards for raw and finished products

Responsible for all personnel supervision

Writes daily specials
- Monitor quality of products and services produced

Assists in the hiring, training and on-going supervision of all employees

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Establishes and maintains professional standards of conduct and appearance at all times

Assists Sous Chefs whenever needed

Establishes and adheres to food costs goals for the club, takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that financial goals are attained.

Performs other special duties as requested by the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or other related fields

Knowledge of common food safety practices

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills
