Program Coordinator / Office Manager

FACCM and APPLE Accreditation are growing—and we are looking for an exceptional Program Coordinator / Office Manager to grow with us!
This is not your typical administrative position. You will be at the center of a fast-paced, collaborative organization supporting programs, events, members, schools, accreditation initiatives, and special projects that impact educators, children, and families throughout Florida and across the nation.
What You’ll Do
In this exciting role, you will:
- Help coordinate FACCM and APPLE programs, initiatives, webinars, meetings, and special projects.
- Keep projects, deadlines, schedules, and follow-up activities organized and moving forward.
- Communicate with members, schools, accreditation applicants, partners, and education professionals.
- Support the planning and coordination of conferences, professional development programs, workshops, and events.
- Prepare professional emails, letters, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and program materials.
- Manage calendars, schedules, electronic files, office records, and administrative systems.
- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing office.
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and outstanding customer service.
- Provide administrative and project support to the President & CEO and leadership team.
● Look for ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and help our team work smarter.
● Handle general inquiries by phone/email/in person. Act as receptionist to visitors to the office

- Experience in administration, office management, program coordination, associations, nonprofits, or education is preferred.
