About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to keep our production floor running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. As a Leadperson / Production Supervisor, you’ll guide operators, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be the go-to link between production staff and plant leadership—driving results while fostering teamwork and accountability.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support production operators to meet daily goals
Ensure lines are running efficiently and troubleshoot downtime or quality issues
Oversee startup, shift change, and quality processes
Train team members and reinforce best practices
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor
Monitor and uphold safety protocols
Track and report production metrics using company tools
Collaborate with leadership to meet company goals and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
5+ years manufacturing experience or related degree (non-engineering)
Proven leadership skills in a production environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-first mindset
Excellent communication and hands-on leadership style
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, safety standards, and quality processes
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, production tracking)
