Pay & Benefits:
- $18 – $22/hr: For high-potential apprentices and those new to the trade who have a "refuse-to-fail" attitude.
- $28 – $35/hr: For experienced Leads who can hit the ground running, manage the job site, and deliver the quality our reputation is built on.
