Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers
- Handle guest requests efficiently, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services
- Maintain detailed records using hotel management software such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy in reservations and guest profiles
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently, prioritizing guest safety at all times
- Provide expert knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into positive resolutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is essential
- Previous experience with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments
