What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:

Building and maintaining campaign automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot

Designing lead scoring models, nurture tracks and customer journey automations that support sales and customer success

Integrating marketing platforms with CRM systems, data warehouses and third-party tools via APIs and middleware

Creating and managing email templates, landing pages, and automated response sequences
-
Monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting automation failures and optimizing workflows for conversion

Documenting processes, configurations and system architecture to support team handover and knowledge sharing
-
Collaborating with marketing, sales operations and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Supporting data governance, compliance and list hygiene best practices across platforms
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
Must-have
-
2–5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Demonstrated expertise in campaign automation, workflow design and lead management

Strong understanding of CRM integrations, data mapping and API connectivity

Working knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools for reporting and performance measurement

Proficiency with Salesforce administration concepts and Lightning interface (or equivalent platform expertise)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field

Authorization to work in the United States
Nice-to-have

HubSpot Certification, Marketo Certified Professional, or Pardot Certification

Experience with Apex development or custom configuration in Salesforce environments

Hands-on experience integrating marketing automation with Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization

Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis
