Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking
Temporary General Labor / Warehouse Associates to support a growing operation in the Houston area. This position will primarily involve hands-on material handling and general warehouse/production support, including boxing, bagging, organizing materials, and preparing products for shipment or production.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and is looking to gain experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training and required PPE will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor and material-handling duties
- Box, bag, package, and prepare materials and products
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Operate basic equipment and tools as trained
- Assist production and warehouse personnel with daily tasks
- Complete work accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable working as part of a team in a hands-on environment
Additional Details
- PPE and job-specific training will be provided
- Work will initially be performed at one Houston-area location (77032)
- Staffing needs will generally be communicated with approximately one week's notice
- The company anticipates initially hiring 1–2 temporary employees
- There may be an opportunity for successful temporary employees to transition into full-time production positions later in the year, depending on business needs and future facility plans
