Job Overview
In this role, you will actively engage with clients service their insurance needs. You will provide educated solutions, and foster long-term relationships. We expect you to promote our insurance products while delivering exceptional service that keeps customers coming back. You will be also required to handle paperwork duties in a timely manner such as providing proof of insurance to lenders on behalf of customers.
Duties
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Process payments and endorsements for policyholders
- Service customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through policy details
- There are opportunities for you to become licensed and be eligible for commission split for bonus pay.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
- bilingual abilities are preffered
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- At minimum requiring Associates Degree
- Valid driver’s license required
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
