We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help serve the Bemidji community and surrounding region.

What You'll Do (We are hiring an addiction med, psychiatric NP or a family NP for primary care)
- Provide outpatient psychiatric, addiction, OR family medicine services.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage mental health and substance use disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and medication management strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Complete documentation within 24 hours of patient visits.
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.
What We're Looking For
- Minnesota PA-C or Nurse Practitioner license.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Active driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Training & Support
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Direct physician mentorship for new graduates during the first 90 days.

CompensationBase Salary
- New Graduate PA/NP: Starting $125,000 annually as a salary then (moves to production model within 6-12 months) with likely increased compensation abilities up to $150,000.
- Experienced PA/NP: $140,000-160,000 annually (based on production), one month salary
Productivity Compensation
Transition to a production-based model after onboarding, with earning potential exceeding $175,000 annually.
