Get paid to go live. TikTok Shop host wanted — Cypress, TX
Love being on camera? Comfortable talking to a phone for hours at a time? APS Media Hub is hiring TikTok Live hosts to run sales streams from our Cypress studio. Base pay $16–$23/hr plus 1–2% commission on every sale you drive — our active hosts earn meaningfully more than base once commission kicks in.
No live-selling experience needed. If you've done sales, retail, serving, acting, theater, content creation, or you just love being in front of a camera, we'll train you on the rest. Professional studio, lighting, and production team provided — just bring your energy.
Full-time and part-time available.
What you'll do
- Host fun, high-energy TikTok Shop live streams that keep audiences hooked
- Showcase products with confidence and drive real-time sales
- Work with our Livestream Director on creative segments, games, and promotions
- Interact with viewers live — build rapport, answer questions, keep engagement high
- Help shape content strategies that grow viewership and conversions
- 6–12 streams per week, 2–3 hours each

- Light up on camera and can hold an audience's attention
- Communicate clearly and make people feel seen
- Think on your feet and aren't afraid to improvise
- Can hold high energy through a long stream
- Are coachable, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have done sales, hosting, acting, performing, content creation, or anything else that put you in front of people (a plus, not required)
Schedule
- Evening and weekend availability required (this is when TikTok Shop traffic is highest)
- On-site at our Cypress studio — this is not a remote role
Compensation
- $16–$23/hr based on experience
- 1–2% uncapped commission
- Performance and sales bonuses
