Overview
Join our dynamic warehousing team as an LTO/Warehousing Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo lifts, adhering strictly to OSHA and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory through warehouse management systems, and manual counts to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
- Pick, pack, load, and unload shipments efficiently using order picker trucks and other material handling tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying orders, inspecting goods for damage, and documenting transactions accurately.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials, managing storage locations, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Follow all safety standards in production environments, including manual handling procedures and heavy lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
Experience
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts (including lift trucks), pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo lifts.
- Strong background in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling.
- Prior warehouse experience or similar roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing with accuracy.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning technology for logistics operations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
