Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Shift Supervisor to oversee operations during assigned shifts at our HEYTEA store. In this role, you will be a critical member of the store management team to ensure efficient store performance, uphold service quality, and maintain high operational standards. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be a critical part of the HEYTEA brand’s continued expansion and reputation for excellence in the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company standards.
- Foster a positive, proactive, and supportive team atmosphere, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
- Lead by example by actively participating in drink preparation and front-line operations, especially during high-volume periods.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Monitor inventory levels, accurately place supply orders, and conduct inventory counts as required.
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing performance feedback.
- Support store marketing and promotional activities during shifts, ensuring proper execution.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
