The AT&T Retail Representative will deliver best-in-class in-store customer experiences while supporting our in-person sales activities. As an AT&T Retail Representative, you will be part of a team that engages with customers, answers questions, and helps shoppers find the right products and services. What You’ll Do as an AT&T Retail Representative
- Welcome and assist customers face to face in a retail setting
- Assess customer needs and provide detailed information about products and services
- Ensure a positive, professional shopping experience
- Contribute to both individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing AT&T Retail Representative training focused on sales techniques and customer service excellence
- Communicate effectively to help customers find what they need and drive sales.
Who You Are as an AT&T Retail Representative
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Retail or sales background is a plus, but not mandatory
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a positive mindset
- Available to work weekdays and weekends.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
AT&T Retail Representative Schedule
- Full-time, on-site position
- Must have weekday and weekend availability
Location Requirement
- Must be able to commute to our office and surrounding retail stores
Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
