As a Bistro Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. From welcoming guests with a warm smile to ensuring every detail of their meal is perfect, you’ll represent the heart of our winery's hospitality. Here’s a closer look at your responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Guide guests through our menu, offering expert recommendations on food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Upsell appetizers, entrees, desserts, beverages, and specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
- Deliver food and beverages while maintaining our high presentation standards.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep tables and service stations clean and organized.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work to maintain a smooth operation.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to resolve guest concerns and ensure seamless service.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of server experience in a similar setting. - A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for hospitality. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Knowledge of food, wine, and beverages (or a willingness to learn). - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to following food safety and alcohol service regulations.
