Job Summary
Green Team is hiring a reliable, full-time Lawn Mowing Crew Member to work on commercial and residential mowing routes throughout Warsaw, Winona Lake, and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on production position — not a foreman role, not a helper who stands around.
Duties
You will be part of a fast-moving mowing crew responsible for:
- Zero-turn and walk-behind mowing
- Trimming, edging, and blowing
- Keeping properties clean and professional
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Working outdoors all day
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe
You are expected to keep pace and maintain quality
Experience
✔ Prior lawn care or mowing experience
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
✔ Ability to work outdoors in heat
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Valid Driver’s license & clean driving record
Applicants without lawn care experience will not be considered.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
