We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, Imagination ABA Therapy offers a supportive environment with room to grow. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus—but not required!
About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering ABA therapy sessions following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
Collecting data and documenting client progress
Creating a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
Communicating with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation:
BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
RBT certification a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Ability to pass background checks
