A growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking an experienced and client-focused Case Manager to support injured clients throughout the claims process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong client service, and has experience managing personal injury cases with a focus on medical treatment coordination.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of clear communication, urgency, organization, and professionalism throughout every stage of the case process.
The Role
The Case Manager will oversee pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through treatment progression while serving as a primary point of contact for clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, confidence handling high-volume caseloads, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, medical providers, and internal departments.
What You Will Do
- Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload while maintaining consistent client communication and file organization
- Guide clients through the personal injury claims process and assist with coordinating medical treatment
- Communicate with medical providers regarding appointments, treatment recommendations, records, and billing
- Review and summarize medical records, treatment history, and diagnostic reports
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure cases continue progressing efficiently
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions
- Role may include other relevant duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of personal injury experience with an emphasis on medical management and client communication
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of personal injury medical treatment workflows, including surgical and non-surgical care
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional communication skills with a client-service mindset
- Experience supporting or mentoring team members preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
