Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and assume responsibility in their absence.

Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to ensure the store is always properly staffed.

Motivate and direct store teams to maximize productivity and profitability, communicating daily and weekly store goals.

Promote the highest level of customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling.

Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards daily.

Uphold all operational policies and procedures.

Buy gently used clothing and accessories to meet company standards.

1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.
