About the Role:
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in our skilled nursing facility. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Assisting with meals and feeding patients, as needed
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our patients
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with vital signs, hygiene, and mobility
Conduct routine vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing staff
Assist with patient transfers and ambulation
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Maintain accurate patient records and charts
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
