Overview
We are seeking experienced FedEx Ground P&D drivers who can step into a route and perform from day one. This role is not for entry-level applicants — we are looking for drivers who are already familiar with FedEx operations and GroundCloud.
If you’ve worked with FedEx recently and know how to manage your truck, scanner, and route efficiently, we want to talk.
Compensation
- $200 – $220 per day (based on experience and performance)
- Weekly pay
- Stable schedule (5 days/week)
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Prior experience as a FedEx Ground P&D driver
- GroundCloud experience required
- Must be currently working in FedEx OR have left within the last 6 months
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to handle delivery demands (lifting, loading, fast-paced routes)

- Safely operate a delivery vehicle and complete assigned route
- Deliver packages efficiently and accurately
- Use GroundCloud and scanner systems effectively
- Load, organize, and manage your truck for optimal performance
- Maintain professionalism with customers and terminal staff
