AE is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Facilities Technician to maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and general appearance of our buildings and grounds. This role will split time between our Frankfort and Richmond, Kentucky facilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping every location looking its best.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine janitorial and cleaning duties throughout our facilities
- Handle minor maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Assist with preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in good working order
- Maintain grounds including mowing, weed eating, and seasonal upkeep
- Perform ice and snow removal during winter months
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or groundskeeping preferred
- Basic handyman skills and comfort with common tools
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- High school diploma or GED preferred
