Job Title:
Production Team Member – High Energy / Earn Overtime (Entry-Level to Operator)
Job Type: Full-time/Part Time/Flex – 1 and 2 Shift
Pay: No experience : $16.00 per hour with pay review within 60 days + Steady OT Available
Experienced: Test and review in 7 days + Steady OT Available
Location: Bolingbrook, IL / Lemont, IL

The Opportunity (Fast-Track Promotion):
We build operators from within. You don't need experience; you just need to be sharp and ready to work. We will train you and step you up through our production tiers. If you have a strong work ethic, you can advance from basic paper handling to a machine operator role in just 2 weeks.
What You Will Do:
- Hand-sort mail packages accurately according to USPS pre-sort guidelines.
- Load feeders with paper to keep lines running continuously.
- Catch and stack finished mail pieces coming off the machines.
- Learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate envelope inserters.

Requirements:
- Proof of “Right to work” (E-Verify)
- Must have reliable transportation to get to our Bolingbrook or Lemont facilities.
- No prior direct mail experience required - we will teach you the mechanical nuances and safety protocols on the floor.
