Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team, contributing to the efficient production of high-quality electronic and mechanical components. The Assembler will assemble mechanical valves for stock and customer orders while meeting quality, safety, and production requirements. The role includes material handling, production documentation, quality inspections, equipment care, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical valves according to production requirements and order priorities.
- Accurately document production activities and inventory usage.
- Safely move materials using fork trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other equipment.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of dedicated mechanical assembly experience
- Hands-on experience assembling mechanical valves using metal castings, shafts, nuts, bolts, collars, and O-rings
- Experience assembling standard valves from 4" to 12" and larger industrial valves up to 16"-24"
- Ability to independently lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed
Shift Timing: 7AM-5PM
Weekly schedule: M-F

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
