Duties
- Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and specialty finishes using airless paint spraying and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and use of power tools
Experience
- Proven dealership or auto body shop experience with a strong background in auto painting and repair processes. Must have at least 3 years experience.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying systems, and detailing equipment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto estimating software is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work efficiently in physically demanding situations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism
