Automotive Service Advisor or Advisor Assistant-we are willing to train, and/or Dealership Service Experience is Required.
Paradise Automotive Group is growing and actively seeking a professional, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving dealership environment, communicates effectively with customers. If you take pride in building relationships, managing repair orders efficiently, and helping customers feel confident throughout the service process, we want to speak with you.

· $75,000-$125,000 (commission, based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities:
· Greet customers promptly and professionally during service visits
· Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair requests accurately
· Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair services
· Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates throughout the service process
· Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics
· Review completed repairs and explain services performed to customers
· Monitor open repair orders and follow up with customers as needed
· Ensure all documentation and warranty information is completed properly
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Automotive Service Advisor, or Advisor Assistant-we are willing to train, and/or Dealership Service experience is required
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
· Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
· Experience using dealership management software preferred
· Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required
