We are looking for a detailed oriented Maintenance Technician and Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who portrays a professional behavior and feels comfortable using work order systems and applications and interacting with guests and Customer Service team. The individual is responsible to completing repairs, in addition to painting properties and stocking storages, ensuring the safety of equipment, and regularly using specialized tools. We are looking for a talented individual who is capable of working independently as well as with a team to complete daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to work as schedule
- Upkeeps of the properties including painting, minor AC cleaning and other general repairs and installations as requested.
- Inspect properties for to ensure cleaning standards
- Deliver guests requests on timely fashion
- Completes projects on timely fashion.
- Troubleshoots systems/equipment.
- Reports tasks once completed.
- Ensures the working area are organized and cleaned.
- Reports inventory needs.
- Organizes inventory and storages.
- Receives purchase orders and places them in the designated area.
- Is able to lift and move heavy items to include appliances, furniture, etc.
- Monitors projects and assists the pest control company.
- Escorts vendors to properties until tasks are completed.
- Receives and dispatches linen from and to the laundry company.
- Spanish (Preferred)
- Hospitality Experience (Highly Desirable)
- Tech Savvy

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
