Bilingual Residential Construction Working Foreman (1099 Contract Position)
Hello and thank you for your interest in our companies vital foreman role. Only very serious applicants are encouraged to apply. We're seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Working Foreman for residential construction projects.
Requirements:
- 10–15+ consecutive years of residential construction experience
- Strong knowledge of remodeling, roofing, carpentry, concrete, and general construction
- Proven production and leadership experience
- Must provide own truck, and tools
- Reliable, professional, and able to manage crews and projects independently
Pay:
- $30–$40 per hour based on truck/tools, experience, and proven production.
