What You'll Do
- Identify and research target accounts across key industries aligned with Mindex’s growth goals
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to decision-makers and influencers
- Manage high-volume prospecting and follow-up activities with a focus on quality conversations
- Nurture and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Qualify opportunities by uncovering business needs, budget, authority, and timeline
- Schedule discovery and introductory meetings for the Sales team
- Learn and apply consultative selling techniques and value-based messaging
- Build working knowledge of Mindex’s cloud, data, and custom software solutions
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to support effective sales motions
- Maintain accurate CRM records of activity, conversations, and pipeline
- Track outreach activity metrics and assist with regular sales reporting
- Continuously refine prospecting and outreach strategies using data insights
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship building
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Coachable mindset with interest in growing a long-term sales career
- Interest in technology, cloud services, or software solutions is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs

The salary range for this role reflects a wide range of factors including skill set, experience, training, and internal equity. It is not typical for individuals to be hired at the top of the range.
- Base salary: $52,000–$72,000
- Additional variable compensation: Commission
Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
