Small Business Account Manager
Levine Insurance Group LLC is seeking an experienced and licensed Property & Casulty Small Business Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position for a motivated professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts for new business and renewals
- Process policy changes, renewals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and audits
- Prepare applications, proposals, and renewal submissions
- Communicate with insurance carriers and clients regarding coverage, billing, and policy issues
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
- Provide prompt, professional customer service and support
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Commercial lines insurance experience preferred
- Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with AMS360 and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday (half day on Fridays -closing at 12pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
