St. George Cool Decking is Southern Utah's pool deck coating specialist. We transform worn concrete pool decks into beautiful, cooler surfaces homeowners love.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values quality, and wants to help build something exceptional.
This position starts as a part time, project based role. As the company continues to grow, there will be opportunities for increased hours and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces using pressure washing, grinding, crack repair, and other preparation methods.
- Apply premium concrete coating systems.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
- Interact professionally with homeowners.
Qualifications
- Concrete or construction experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in Southern Utah conditions.
Experience with our specialty coating system is not required. We'll train the right person.
