Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring a comfortable environment
- Meal preparation and assistance with feeding, supporting nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, and home organization)
- Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed
- Ensure client safety at all times and follow company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and partner organizations
Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program or relevant caregiving experience
- Active CNA license (or other applicable certification) in good standing
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- One professional reference required before hiring
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in caregiving, skilled nursing, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- BLS Certification
