Established law firm seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for an entry-level office position on site only. This is not a hybrid or work from home position. No legal experience is required - willing to train the right candidate. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Hours may range from part-time to full-time based on workload and mutual fit.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Opening and processing mail
- Scanning documents / mail to the files
- Opening and closing client files
- Light typing and data entry
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Preparing correspondence and other office documents
- Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks
- Working with records that require careful review for accuracy and numerical detail
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, has strong attention to detail, is comfortable working with numbers, and can maintain confidentiality. Salary commensurate with experience.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
