Asphalt & Civil Construction - Greater Sacramento Area
Established Northern California civil contractor is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead asphalt paving and civil construction operations. This is for a key leadership position with a stable company that values quality, accountability, and long-term employees.
The successful candidate will have significant experience supervising commercial and/or public works asphalt paving projects and making independent decisions in the field.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- All aspects of commercial and public works asphalt paving operations
- Sitework including demolition, grading, concrete, and underground utilities
- Scheduling crews, trucking, materials, and equipment
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Field layout and grade checking using laser equipment
- Working directly with inspectors, owners, project managers, and subcontractors
- Leading crews through respect, accountability, and communication

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary approximately $105,000–$130,000 DOE, plus an established performance-based bonus program with substantial earning potential.
