JOB STATEMENT:
The Patient Care Coordinator will help build and maintain our professional image as the Bullhead City/Laughlin hearing healthcare provider of choice.
MAJOR/MINOR DUTIES:
Greeting patients cheerfully
Answering 3 line phone system
Scheduling and coordinating appointments for multiple offices (i.e. hearing evaluations, tinnitus evaluations, hearing aid deliveries, follow-up visits, etc.)
Conduct daily call backs
Work with sales team to develop sales opportunities
Data entry into a proprietary software database re: patient information
Basic cleaning and minor repairs to hearing aids
HIPAA compliant
Creating and maintaining patient files
Assisting the Specialist and staff with correspondences to physicians and health insurance companies
Assisting in ordering, shipping, tracking, monitoring, and receiving various products/documents
Collecting payment from patients
Maintaining neat work environment
Other clinical services as needed
Light travel between office locations
RELATIONSHIPS:
Our private practice is family owned and operated. The Patient Care Coordinator will report directly to the owner. The Business Operations Manager will be the on-site supervisor for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Friendly, outgoing, and full of energy.
Customer service experience.
Sales experience.
Organized, detail and goal oriented.
Ability to use time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel)
Phone skills-ability to handle multiple calls/lines.
Outgoing and personable, professionalism.
Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
