Camp Verde Restaurant in Camp Verde, Texas, is known for its rich history and charming location in the Texas Hill Country. We are currently seeking a Full-time Server at our CV Restaurant to join our team. The position takes orders, serves food and beverages to guests at tables.

Key Responsibilities of Restaurant Server
- Present menus to restaurant guests, answer questions and make recommendations upon request
- Take orders from restaurant guests and enter orders in computer system for transmittal to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to restaurant guests within service standards
- Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchen to tables or dining serving areas
- Remove dishes, silverware and glasses from tables or counters; carry them on trays to kitchen for cleaning
- Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meal and take action to correct any problems
- Collect payment from guests accurately
- Clean up spilled food/drink/ broken dishes and remove empty bottles
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements for Restaurant Server
- Formal or informal education or training that ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance is preferred
- Prior experience in a food serving/customer service position is preferred, but not necessary
- Texas Food Handler certification
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Skilled at active listening
- Ability to perform all physical requirements of the job with or without accommodation
- Ability to speak clearly, so others can understand
