Sashco is a 90-years-young family owned, fast paced, manufacturer of caulking, stains, and sealants for the housing industry. We recently moved to a brand new 2.5X larger facility with a state-of-the-art laboratory and manufacturing plant in Thornton (Denver) Colorado. We are skilled at marketing and driven by innovation. Key Functions:
Participate on the Leadership Team making company-wide decisions and contributing to long and short ranges plans.
Develop the strategic plan for the R&D team.
Lead, inspire, and manage the R&D team.
Identify new opportunities for growth in technology and channels
Measure performance and productivity.
Provide technical direction and oversight.
Get on the bench and in the goop yourself!
Support Sales, Marketing, Production, and Customer Service
Increase analytical tools (DOE, AI, etc)
Leverage the operational budget as an investment aligned with the company plan.
We want to hear from you if you have/are:
Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Chemistry or related field
Ability to provide technical help to R&D staff
10+ years of progressive career growth including management of teams.
Experience functioning on top leadership teams.
Creativity and valuable networking contacts.
