Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant. Duties
- Answer phone promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer support and directing calls efficiently.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, ordering materials, and coordinating maintenance requests
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing documents.
- Offer personal assistant support.
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills is preferred.
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity tools
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
