We are seeking an energetic, loving, nurturing, and qualified Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our growing Village. If you're passionate about early childhood education and want to be part of a team that truly cares about its children, families, and staff, we'd love to meet you.
Minimum Requirements
✅ At least 12 ECE Infant/Toddler Units/ 6 ECE for Aides
✅ Minimum 6 months of relevant experience meeting State Licensing requirements
✅ A genuine love for working with infants, toddlers, and families

What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Foster children's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities
- Maintain lesson plans, assessments, portfolios, and required documentation
- Support children's daily care routines, including diapering, meals, and rest periods
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom volunteers
- Participate in staff meetings, training opportunities, and professional development
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe learning environments
- Follow all licensing regulations, center policies, and Mandated Reporter requirements
Additional Requirements
- Must successfully pass Department of Social Services criminal background clearance (Live Scan)
- Proof of negative TB test and required immunizations:
- Pertussis (Tdap)
- Measles (MMR)
- Influenza (or signed declination where applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shift
Experience: Minimum 6 months childcare experience
Work Location: West Los Angeles/In Person
