Customer Service Associate – The UPS Store
Location: 6050 Stetson Hills Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80923
Join our team at The UPS Store! We are looking for friendly and reliable Customer Service Associates to assist customers at the front counter and provide excellent service every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with in-store services
- Help with printing, shipping, and basic document tasks (PDFs, Word, etc.)
- Provide support for Notary services or learn to become a Colorado Notary (we help you get certified!)
- Answer customer questions and offer guidance on store products and services
- Work independently while maintaining a clean, organized counter
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Good typing and basic computer skills (Word, PDF handling)
- Ability to work alone and manage tasks efficiently
- Notary Public preferred or willingness to become a Colorado Notary
