Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 10-Week Contract
Schedule: Day Shift – Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours Weekly
Compensation: $45 – $50 per Hour
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a large healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and strong communication abilities while serving as a key liaison between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive-level leadership.
- Manage complex and high-volume calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and executive events involving senior-level stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, format, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and related administrative activities as needed.
- Monitor deadlines, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on executive priorities.
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives.
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making within established guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Assist with office operations and administrative workflow management.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership required.
- Experience supporting executives within a healthcare or large organizational environment preferred.
- Experience managing complex calendars and executive schedules required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong calendar management and meeting coordination skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience interacting with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
