We’re all about fresh, made-to-order fajitas and delivering top-tier Tex-Mex straight to our guests’ doors (or tables). Our kitchen crew is tight, fast, and focused—and we’re looking for someone awesome to run our Tortilla Station like a pro.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making hot, fresh tortillas from scratch (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Prepping and maintaining the tortilla station to meet volume and quality standards
- Keeping up with demand during busy shifts without sacrificing consistency
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
- Supporting the kitchen team as needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
- Helping with closing/cleaning duties as scheduled
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
