We are a high-end aesthetic practice seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician with strong skills in digital scanning and milling for fixed restorations.
You will fabricate high-quality fixed prosthetics (crowns, bridges, implant restorations, etc.) using our in-house digital workflow. This is a hands-on lab role focused on precision scanning, design, and milling.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan models, impressions, or intraoral data for fixed cases
- Design restorations in CAD software
- Operate and maintain milling units (zirconia, lithium disilicate, PMMA, etc.)
- Finish, stain, glaze, and quality-check milled restorations
- Troubleshoot scanning and milling equipment issues
- Maintain accurate case tracking and communicate with the clinical team
- Follow strict infection control and quality standards
- Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a dental lab technician with fixed restorations
- Hands-on experience with digital scanning (model scanners or intraoral scan data)
- Strong working knowledge of milling units and CAD/CAM workflows
- Ability to produce accurate, aesthetic fixed prosthetics under clinical deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset with equipment
About the Practice is a high end aesthetic office focused on advanced restorative and implant dentistry. We maintain an in-house digital lab capability to control quality and turnaround times.Location: Delray Beach, FL

- Experience with systems commonly used in most practices (3Shape, Ceramill, CEREC, or similar)
- Familiarity with zirconia, emax and high-strength ceramics
- Prior experience supporting a clinical practice or in-house lab
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
