Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
Utilize evidence-based practice and stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in physical therapy
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities
Requirements:
Active license in Physical Therapy
Minimum 0 years of experience in a related field (new graduates welcome to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Full-time schedule with flexible shifts available
