ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate, service-driven Beauty Experience Concierge to join our team. This vital front-line role supports our commitment to delivering a world-class, curb-to-curb salon experience grounded in care, excellence, and the Aveda mission. From the moment a guest walks through the door to their final farewell, you ensure they feel welcome, supported, and inspired to return.
This position requires confidence in using scripts, making retail recommendations, offering service upgrades, and delivering high-touch communication both in person and through digital platforms.
Part-time opportunities are available, with Saturday availability required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver the Aveda Curb-to-Curb Experience
Implement the Aveda Point of Difference Service Wheel throughout the guest journey—greeting,
check-in, service support, retail recommendation, rebooking, and follow-up.
- Retail & Product Expertise
Diagnose the guest’s needs and prescribe plant-powered, cruelty-free products using the Aveda Learning Wall. Educate both team members and guests on product benefits and application.
- Guest Experience Management
- Schedule appointments and confirm online bookings
- Respond to emails, calls, and texts professionally and promptly
- Offer service upgrades and communicate current salon promotions
- Recommend and restock retail products
- Manage check-in and check-out with excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
- Business Building Behaviors
- Achieve weekly goals in new guest acquisition, retail sales, pre-booking, referrals, and Google reviews
- Distribute New Guest Referral material and request online reviews
- Support salon merchandising, reordering, and inventory
- Champion solutions for guest challenges
- Instill and model our salon’s Purpose and Beliefs
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Haves
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in salon, spa, retail, or hospitality settings
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Friendly, team-oriented, and accountable
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in upscale salons or beauty retailers (Ulta, Sephora, MAC)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
- Familiarity with Aveda products, and salon scheduling software

HOURLY RATE
Starting from $16.00 per hour

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
