Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Plumbing, Sewer, and Drain Technician to maintain, repair, and install complex plumbing, sewer, and drainage systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, safety-conscious, and able to deliver exceptional service independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for the Service Technician role include:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing, sewer, and drainage systems.
- Clear blockages and clean drains and sewers using company-provided equipment and tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions for residential and commercial clients.
- Document estimates, invoices, and service reports accurately on company smartphones.
- Operate and maintain specialized plumbing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and adhere to driver safety protocols.
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and support company operations as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumbing, sewer, and drain technician.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, sewer infrastructure, and drainage solutions.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to handle demanding work conditions, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
- NYS valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- OSHA 30; preferred but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
